This Shipping Policy applies to all hardware and peripheral orders placed with Purva Enterprise following the acceptance of a price estimate and confirmation of payment.

1. Shipping Confirmation and Timeline

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation of full payment or required deposit.

  • Assembly Time (for custom PCs): For custom-assembled computer devices, the shipping timeline begins after the assembly and testing process is complete. The estimated assembly timeline will be communicated in your official estimate document.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation and will depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Quoted Shipping: Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, destination, and urgency of the items in your order. These costs will be calculated and clearly detailed in your personalized price estimate.

  • We use trusted third-party logistics partners for all shipments.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification containing the carrier details and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Risk of Loss

  • The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Purva Enterprise passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting all packages immediately upon arrival.

5. Damaged Goods

  • If you receive an item that appears damaged during transit, you must notify the carrier immediately and contact Purva Enterprise within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
