    ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    Purva Enterprise operates a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Once an estimate is accepted and the sale is finalized, we do not accept the return of any products, nor do we offer monetary refunds or exchanges for purchased items, including components, peripherals, or custom-assembled devices.

    We urge all customers to carefully review their specifications and estimated quote details before confirming an order.

     

    2. Commitment to Quality and Warranty Service

     

    While we do not offer returns, we are fully committed to ensuring the quality and performance of the products we supply.

    Manufacturer Warranty:

    All eligible products sold by Purva Enterprise are covered by the original Manufacturer’s Standard Warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, Laptops, CPUs, Mice, Keyboards, Hard Drives, and Pendrives.

     

    3. Warranty Claim Assistance

     

    If a product purchased from Purva Enterprise develops a fault or defect that is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms, Purva Enterprise will provide the following assistance:

    • We will act as a facilitator to help you understand the warranty process.

    • We will provide guidance and necessary documentation to assist you in filing a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center.

    • We will ensure you receive the appropriate contact information and instructions needed to utilize your product’s warranty coverage for repair or replacement.

    Please Note: Any repair or replacement under warranty is subject exclusively to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective product manufacturer.
