Request for Estimate: The display of products (Laptops, CPUs, Mice, etc.) on this website is an invitation for inquiry only. Clicking the “Get Estimate” button constitutes a non-binding request for a price quote and availability.
Quote Validity: Estimates provided are valid for a limited period, as specified in the quote document. Estimates are subject to change due to component availability and market fluctuations until the order is formally confirmed and payment is received.
Order Confirmation: An order is deemed accepted and final only when Purva Enterprise has confirmed the order in writing and the customer has made the required payment or deposit as specified in the quote.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted in the estimate are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment terms (e.g., full upfront, deposit required) will be detailed in the personalized quote provided to the customer.
3. Product Specification and Availability
While Purva Enterprise makes every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate, specifications for products, particularly custom-assembled devices, are based on the estimate request. The final specifications are confirmed upon order acceptance.
We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of all products listed on the website. Availability is confirmed at the time the estimate is provided.
4. Limitation of Liability
Purva Enterprise shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the products or services provided.
Our liability for any claim related to the products is strictly limited to the cost of the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from software installed or data lost on devices serviced or assembled, except where the issue is directly caused by faulty hardware supplied by us under warranty.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
